Due to the nature of our products all our sizes are given approximately.

 Order Process

  • Why does the colour selector not show all the colours listed in the item description?  We do not change the item description when a product is sold out. Occasionally we can restock a colour, but this is not always the case and therefore when it becomes unavailable, we remove it from the selection option.
  • I love the saying that come with your messages, but I can’t find one for a particular occasion/ relation? We try our best to cater for as many occasions as possible however if you can’t find what you’re looking for please contact us. We will try our best to accommodate what you require if we can and may use your suggestion for future product ranges.
  • I am looking at a particular product, but I need a larger size, is this possible? We try to cater for a variety of sizes.Many of our bracelets and necklaces come with extension chains and some of our rings are also adjustable. Unfortunately we cannot create custom sizes for individuals and once a particular size has sold out we cannot confirm whether it can be restocked or not.


  • I love the product but want to change the message on the card, is this possible? We try our best to accommodate every situation, however it is not often possible to change messages on our cards.
  • I love a particular card design, can I change the corresponding product? We try our best to accommodate however it is often not possible to change the jewellery on our cards.
  • I have a product that can be engraved, and I want to add a name to the card, how do I do this? On products that can be engraved, we ask you use square brackets [] whenever you are writing text to be engraved. This allows our team to distinguish the text you would like engraved from the name you would like printed.


  • How long will it take between placing my order before it arrives? Although we can’t provide you with a specific delivery date, we aim to get all orders processed same day (if they are ordered before 12 o'clock) and are delivered between 2-3 days.  If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us.
  • Can I collect my order? We are happy for you to collect orders from our Westbourne store, however, please call to arrange this prior to checkout.
  • Can I send my order straight to the recipient? Yes, we don’t send any payment details in our packaging so you can send straight to the recipient.

Gift Cards

  • How do gift cards work? Our gift vouchers can be bought through our online store and used on the online store only. Terms and conditions can be found when ordering this product.


  • How can I pay for my order? We accept several different payment options. These include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, American Express, Diners Card, Discover Card and Shop Pay.


  • Can I return faulty products? We check all our products before they are shipped but if for any reason you receive a damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it as soon as possible.
  • Can I return sample products? No, we do not accept returns on our sample sales.

Product Care

  • How do I keep my products good? We do our best to make our products last, however we recommend cleaning your product regularly with a dry cloth to maintain the shine and removing discolouration with a gentle polish. We also recommend storing your product in a sealed bag or box when not in use to avoid oxidation and advise against wearing underwater or for sports

Packaging and gifting

  • Will payment details be included in the packaging? No, we don’t include any payment details so people can choose to send directly to a recipient.
  • Is your packaging recyclable? We are trying to do our best to be better for the environment so all our kraft gift boxes and presentation cards are recyclable.


Do you offer any discounts? Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any discounts, however this is something the team are looking into. Special offers can be found on our website for various holiday seasons.
